Make in-app purchases through Google Play
Google Play purchases can be made on devices running Android only.
Make purchases via Google Play:
1. Ensure that Google Play is installed on your device.
2. Ensure that you are signed in to your Google account.
If you have done both and are still unable to complete your purchase, please read below.
Error message: "In-App purchases are not available"
Make in-app purchases on Viber for Android through Google Play. In some cases, you may receive an error message indicating that in-app purchases are not available on your device.
This likely means that you are trying to make a purchase from a country in which Google does not allow developers to register as merchants. In other words, Viber is not authorized to make transactions via Google Play in your country.
Unfortunately, in-app purchases will remain unavailable in your country until Google changes their regulations. You can see the full list of countries that are eligible for in-app purchases here.

If you attempted to make a purchase of stickers or Viber Out credits via Google Play and the purchase was declined, please consult with your bank or credit card company for further information about why the transaction did not go through. We do not have access to the transaction information and cannot determine why it was declined.
