Viber Wallet help
Viber Wallet is a way for you to send and receive payments from other people through Viber in partnership with Wallet One.
With Viber Wallet you can:
Create a new Viber Wallet account/ link an existing Wallet One account
Deposit and withdraw funds using your bank card
Send money to any Viber Wallet user in Russia for free*
Request money from any Viber Wallet user
Pay bills, top-up mobile phone accounts and more. See a list of bills you can pay here

No. All financial actions that you carry out are through Wallet One. Once you have logged into your account from the Viber app, Wallet One will take over managing the rest of the process.

A new Wallet One account is an "anonymous" account.
Users can put money into their wallet, request a payment from someone else, and pay a bill
Anonymous users can't transfer money to another person or withdraw from their wallet
To do this, they will need to upgrade their account by completing an identification process.
When you complete the account identification process you can now:
Send money to other Viber Wallet users
Withdraw money from your wallet
Hold more money in your wallet
Make higher value payments

Why should I complete the identification process?
The identification process is a requirement from the Central Bank of Russia to ensure that all users are authentic.
Completing the identification form allows you to send money and make withdrawals from your account.
It also increases the limits placed on your account:
Your balance limit is increased up to 60,000 RUB
Your monthly transaction limit is increased to up to 200,000 RUB*
*You must have the funds in your wallet to reach these limits. You can't pay out this much money if you don't have enough money in your account.

The genuine Wallet One account has a green check mark next to its name. You will see this check mark next to Wallet One's name in your chats screen.
Do not reply to a sender claiming to be Wallet One if they do not have the green check mark by their name. Do report them to Viber and block them from sending you messages in future.
1. Tap on Forgot PIN Code at the bottom of the PIN screen
2. Enter the 6-digit verification code you received by Viber message from Wallet One into the screen on your app
3. After you have put the number in you are prompted to create a new PIN
Transfering money from one Viber Wallet to another:
Adding funds to a Viber Wallet:
There is a fee for adding funds to your wallet from a bank card. All fees are shown under the amount you choose to put in your account.
You can pay all kinds of bills, including:
Cellular phone bills

There are two ways that you can see whether a transaction has failed.
1. You will receive an error screen at the end of your transaction process.
2. You will receive a message from the verified Wallet One account telling you that your transaction has not been completed.
Messages are sent from the sender Wallet One, with a green check mark. They will appear in your chats list with all your Viber conversations.
These messages are used to confirm that your transaction has been successfully processed.
In order to delete your account:
Download, print and fill in this form
Send the signed form and a screenshot of your Wallet One deposit screen to email@example.com with Delete Viber Wallet as the subject
Wallet One will process your application within 10 business days. Once your Viber Wallet has been deleted, your history is removed and you won't be able to access it again.
Your Viber account phone number is your Viber Wallet ID. If you update your Viber phone number your Viber Wallet will not be automatically attached to your new number. Updating your phone number to the new one can be done by sending Wallet One the following documents by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that these documents are needed for compliance purposes. Viber do not have access to the documents you provide. All information is handled by Wallet One.
