Once all the information is ready, your admins are in place and you have a chat solution hooked up (if you want one), you are ready to publish your Public Account.
In the edit screen tap on the Publish option and save. Your Public Account is now live!
Alternatively, you may notice that there is a red banner at the top of your screen.
This means your account is not published. Simply tap on the banner to publish the account quickly.
You can always unpublish an account by going to the edit screen and tapping the publish button.
Admins manage the Public Account. They can:
Edit the information on the account
Publish and hide the Public Account
Post to the Public Chat
Manage admin and participants lists
Share the Public Account in other places
Deactivating an account
As an admin, if you deactivate your Viber account, you are removed from the Public Account.
Every Public Account should have at least one admin. If you leave the Public Account without appointing a new admin, there will be a gap for someone else to become an admin.
All participants in the account will see a button "add me as admin" on the account info screen. The first person to tap on this button can make himself the admin. Once one person is an admin, this option will disappear.
If there are other account admins, the Public Account will continue without you.
