Why is this number blocked
You have been blocked on Viber because an action you did on the app was identified as spam, either by our system or by other users.
The most common cause for being identified as spam is sending too many messages to other users who don't know you.

What happens now
For the time that you are blocked, you may be able to receive messages sent to you, but you will not be able to send messages to other users.
Some blocks are temporary. You will be automatically unblocked when this time has ended.

Avoid being identified as a spammer
Now that you are unblocked, please take care not to be blocked again.
To avoid being a suspected spammer, don't use Viber to:
- Send commercial (business) or unsolicited messages
- Send mass messages to lots of users
- Message users who you have never spoken to - they can report you as spam
