Manage your account with Viber admin panel
Viber admin panel allows you to create, manage and analyze the performance of your account all in one place.

Log into your account
When your Public Account request is accepted, you are sent a link to the Viber admin panel in an email. Tap on this link to get started. In order to create your Public Account, you must use this link as it will have the create option open for you.
Once your account is up and running, you can go directly to the site.

Before you start: Make sure you have Viber installed on your phone.
1. Click on the link in your email from Viber
2. Enter your Viber phone number
3. Check your mobile for the confirmation code in a Viber message
4. Input the code in the box and tap Next
5. Attach an email address and choose a secure password
6. Once you're in, you'll see all of the accounts you have set up
1. Open the link to the login screen
2. Fill in your phone number
3. Add your password and click Login
If you have forgotten your password click on Forgot password. This will take you to a screen to reset your password, with the same process as setting up your account.

Use the Viber admin panel to access information about the performance of your Public Account. See a list of your accounts on the dashboard or under the Public Chats tab. Choose an account to see more information about it.
Please note: Analytics may not be available to all users. Contact your account manager if you would like to access analytics on your account.
Define the ways in which you want to see information (this can be done for each page):
Type of graph - see your information in a line, bar or area graph
Time span - set the dates that you would like to see information for. Use the calendar to define a specific time frame, or choose to see information by day, week or month
Download - export the information to use in reports, or analyze further
Get a feel for the all-around performance of your Public Account. The default overview settings are total sent messages, follows, likes and views. You can explore the page and create an overview that shows the information most important for you.
Tap on the popularity tab for an analysis of your recent growth. See how the number of followers has changed over the last day, or delve in a little deeper by looking at the last seven days or the last month.
Get information about the messages sent or received by the account, broken down by message type (text, pictures, stickers and so on). In addition, you can see how many of your messages were liked.
With this tab you can see how many people access your Public Account. See information about the number of people who have looked at your account (viewers), and the total number of times people have looked at the account (views).
Take a look at the number of likes you receive over time for your account (Public Chat, messages and so on). Additional information is shown for the number of people who have unliked something and for the number of actual people who have liked your account.
Learn more about how many invitations you have sent to add people to the account and their conversion rates (how many people have accepted the invitations as a percentage of the total number of invites sent out).
