Request your data on Viber
As an EEA citizen, you can request to see the personal data we have on your account. Learn more about how Viber processes your data requests.
How do we handle your request
Your Viber data file
Request your data
When you request your data through the app, our systems will aggregate all the data we have about you in one file. Once ready, your data is sent to you as a zipped JSON file in a Viber message within 14 days.
This file will contain the information we have about you, so download it, and keep it safe. You should make sure your phone is kept safe with you and is secured from access by others.
Requesting your data does not remove it from our servers. If you want to delete your data, please send us a delete data request.
